JAPANESE CHEESECAKE

Here you will find a recipe for doing these days of quarantine in your own house to don’t get boring. It consists of a Japanese cheesecake basically made of white chocolate and creamy white cheese. With the quantity stipulated you will have a cake for 8 – 10 people depending on the slice of each one. The time it will cost you to do this is more or less 20 minutes of preparation and 50 minutes of cooking. So, now I have explained this thing let’s start with the ingredients and then the elaboration.

INGREDIENTS
As I said before, for doing this recipe you don’t need so many ingredients, you online require the next quantities:
·       225 g of creamy white cheese to spread.
·       250 g of white chocolate NESTLÉ desserts. 
·       6 eggs.
·       5 blackberries and icing sugar.
ELABORATION
  1. Warm up the oven at 175 degrees.
  2. Melt the white chocolate then, put in the creamy white cheese and mix all the ingredients of the bowl. Furthermore, let chill for 5 minutes.
  3. After that, add up the eggs yolk and move until all the elements of that recipient are correctly integrated. 
  4. Next, whip the egg whites as well as added little by little in the preparation we did before with enveloping movements to avoid that the mix goes down. 
  5. Moreover, cover the background and the walls of a mould of 18 cm with over paper, letting standing out of the mould.
  6. Additionally, prepare one tray of the oven with hot water and put the mould with the mix to do the bain-marie.
  7. Then, bake it during 45 – 50 minutes.
  8. Afterward switch off the oven and let the cake 15 minutes with the door of the oven half-open.
  9. Finally, finish cooling on a grille and remove it from the mould.

DECORATION PART
These two steps are optional, if I were you I would do it because the cake seems and taste better, but do whatever you want.
1.     When you have done all the previous steps you can add on the top of the cake icing sugar.
2.     Furthermore, you can also put on more or less 5 blackberries and then the cake it’s perfectly prepared to cut up.
We have finally finished if the cake goes no well don’t give it up and try it another time!
