HOW TO MAKE A YOGURT CAKE

Today we are going to make a yogurt cake. Is a very simple cake that can be easily made at home. The measures we will use are to make a medium-size cake, but I didn’t choose an exact number of persons, because each one eat the amount of cake they want.  

We are going to use: 

- Sugary yogurt (the packaging of the yogurt will be the measure of each ingredient) 

-3 eggs 

-2 measures of sugar 

-3 measures of flour 

-1 yeast envelope  

-1 measure of oil 

Kitchen utensils necessary 

-bowl 

-tray 

-mixer 

-spoon 

Steps to follow 

First of all, preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Then we remove the yogurt from the packaging and place it to the bowl. Later we break three eggs and we also place them into the bowl. Then, the yogurt packaging will be our measure, so we put three of these of sugar. Continued we place into the bowl three measures of flour, one yeast envelope, and one measure of oil. We mix it all together using the electric mixer, and after 3 minutes, we place the mixture into the tray. We put the tray into the oven already heated and wait between 30 and 35 minutes.
