HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLAT MUFFINS


INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS: 
200 grams of wheat flour 
65 grams of cocoa powder 
3 eggs 
50 ml milk 
100 ml olive oil 
125 grams of sugar 
10 grams Royal yeast 
Pieces of chocolate 


LET’S START: 


1-first beat the eggs 

2.- Now  mix the eggs with the sugar. 

3.- Add milk and oil to the mixture. We keep mixing. 

4.- We continue with the flour and yeast. We add them sifted. We continue mixing. 

5.- It is time to incorporate the cocoa powder. 

6.- We put the dough in the paper capsules. Fill up to ¾ parts of the mold. If we like chocolate chips it is time to put them on top. The muffins are now baked. 

7.- Bake for 15 minutes at 180º with heat up and down. It is important that the oven is preheated because when making certain desserts, the temperature of the oven is the most important. We will check that it is ready as when we make the cake, we click with a toothpick and if it comes out dry it would be ready.
