HOW TO MAKE A BREAD


INGREDIENTS
-350 ml of water
-500 g of flour
-10g of salt
-2g of dry yeast

RECIPE
1.     First we put the water in a bowl (suitable for microwave) and heat it to reach the warm water.
2.     Add all the yeast and stir.
3.     Add the flour and salt to the previous mix and mix it again, Cover the dough with a cloth and if the cloth transpires, let it rest in the oven.
4.     At 3 o'clock, take the dough and make a small cut on the surface without transferring it completely, put a little bit of flour and warm up the oven to 200º.
5.     Place the dough on the bottom of the oven and place a glass of water on the tray.
6.     After ten minutes, remove the pan from the water and leave it for 35 minutes.
7.     After this 35 minutes lower the oven temperature to 180º and leave it for 45 minutes.
8.     After 45 minutes bread is ready.
