HOW TO MAKE AN APPLE CAKE

In this time of confinament I want to learn how cook, so my mother, who is an excellent cooker can teach me some recipes because now there is no excuse, we have time. I love cakes, but my prefered one is the apple cake and it´s very easy to do and even more, it's delicious! So in this blog I am going to explain my recipe of an apple cake:

The ingredients for this recipe are:

(This recipe is for a 6 person but it depeds on the family)

-4 eggs

-250 flour

-200 sugar 

 -A tablespoon of backing powder     

-2 apples

-125 oil

-125 milk

-Butter

Utensils for this recipe :

-electric hand mixer

-large boul

-cake tin

-Spoon

Step by step:

1-Firtsly preheat the oven to 180º

2-Coat the apple in wedges

3-In a large bowl beat the 4 eggs with an electric hand mixer

4- Add flour in the large bowl and also put the milk ,oil ,sugar,and backing powder

5-Mixing well after each addition

6- Rub the butter with your hands on the cake tin

7-Transfer the batter to the cake tin

8- Arrange the apple slices in your prefer order

9-Bake in the oven for 40-45 minuts and wait.

10-Your apple cake is ready for eat
