ABDOMINAL EXERCISE ROUTINE: 
 
During this confinement many of you have considered exercising. Many times you haven’t done it because you don’t find a motivation or it makes you lazy or simply because it bores you. I can't look for a motivation for you, you can only do that. 

The most important in a routin is that you do it every day. 
Today I give to you a routine for abdominal: 

First of all we will always stretch so as not to hurt ourselves. 
The series, the repetitions and the time of the exercises vary according to your level
