How to make chocolate and banana crepes
Ingredients for 4 servings:
To make crepes:
· 100gr of flour
· 1 glass of milk
· 1 egg
· 1 teaspoonful of butter
· 2 teaspoonfuls of sugar
To fill crepes:
· 4 ripe bananas
· ½ chocolate bar for desserts
· ½ of milk
· 2 teaspoonfuls of butter
· 2 teaspoonfuls of sugar
Steps:
1.We start preparing the bananas, we peel them and cut them into pieces.
2. Then we prepare the chocolate sauce by putting it in a bowl: chocolate, butter, milk, and sugar. We put it in the microwave and heat it until the chocolate and butter melt. Stir and mix all ingredients well.
3. We now prepare the crepe dough. We put the sifted flour in a bowl.
4. Add the egg, milk, and sugar, and mix until it gets smooth.
5. We put a pan on the fire with a little margarine that melts. We add a spoonful of the dough we have prepared before. Cook until the crepe is golden and turn it over so that it is golden on both sides.
6. Remove the crepe from the pan and add a sliced banana in the center and add the chocolate sauce we had already prepared. We close the crepe and we can serve it.
We will repeat the operation 3 more times to get the 4 portions. Optionally we can accompany our crepe with vanilla/cream/hazelnut ice cream... or even with whipped cream...
