HOW TO MAKE A BROWNIE IN A MUG

Brownie-en-taza_4Today I am going to explain how to make a chocolate brownie in a mug in the microwave. 

THE INGREDIENTS:
  • 30 g of butter or 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil 
  • 30 g of butter or 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil 
  • 1 egg 
  • 2 tablespoons milk 
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons of flour 
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa 
  • Chocolate chips 

THE PROCESS:

  • First of all you have to beat the egg, add the milk and the melted butter (not hot) and mix well.

    Add the sugar, the flour and the cocoa. Shake until everything is well integrated.  

  • We put the chocolate chips on hte top and then we put them in the microwave during 1:30 m

CHOCOLATE CROISSANTS     INGREDIENTS: 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry   12 ounces of chocolate   Nocilla , Nutella or any cocoa cream that you like   Beaten egg to varnish the croissants   PROCESS : 1st : We extend the puff pastry and leave it as it is, without spreading it further with the rolling pin.
